I came to Vinnie with a pretty difficult job on my 4Runner... there was a massive dent in the rear hatch, and I went to many other places that gave me estimated over $3,000. When I came to Vinnie, I could tell of the bat, that he genuinely felt my pain in seeing my truck in the condition it was. They came to my home to fix, and initially they deemed it a job that was out of the scope of their shop. This came at no cost to me, and he was genuinely sorry that he couldn’t help me at that time. about a month later, Vinnie texted me, asking how i was doing, and said that he had a new guy working for him that could maybe fix it (at this point I had given up, because I am a student, and wasn’t trying to spend over 3k to fix it), so I felt very valued and remembered as a customer. They then came, got me car, and got the job done as promised, and went out of his way to refer me to a paint specialist he trusted to finish the job, and make it look back to 100%. I had the motivation to lose weight, just needed professional help to be successful in my weight loss goal. Dr. Kakar presented a plan that would help in reaching my fitness goals. Once I started the plan, if I had any questions/concerns I was able to bring them to her attention to get a clear answers. I decided to go with the nutritional program, and this was extremely helpful. Tricia went through my eating habits and together we documented a plan of what types of foods I should eat and how much. Doing this weekly was very helpful and motivating. If I had a 1 - 2 lb weight loss for a week, she would analyze my food intake and provided a different approach. Resulting in a higher weight loss number the following week. Be prepared to answer the "am I drinking enough water" and "am I exercising enough" questions every week. The front office ladies are great. With busy schedules, and as busy as this office, I never felt the frustration that must happen. If I came in without an appointment, they worked me into the scheduled. I feel great, and have much more energy than I did 6 months ago.”

The scrub was thorough and felt so cleansing. Loved how they dump buckets of warm water on you to rinse off the dead skin. The facilities were quite clean and had anything you need between the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, ice bath and the jade room they have whatever you need to relax. The massage was expertly given.
