“We drive 3 hours round trip, passing tons of other vets to go see Doctor Gordon. I have never felt so confident in a health care professional (even in my own human doctors) as I do with Doctor Gordon. We are never rushed in our appoints he and his staff thoroughly, patiently, and fully listen to everything we have to say or ask. He has always gone above and beyond in my little Ping Pong's care, even by answering emails late at night and when Ping Pong had to have teeth extracted, Dr. Gordon checked in with us every day in the morning and again at night, following Ping Pongs progress and answering any questions we had. All of the staff at Arch Beach are excellent. Any staff who has picked up our dog has held him supporting his chest and bottom, which having an older dog with athritis is important to me. Previous offices, I've seen staff let his back half dangle as they just squeeze him under their arms, it makes me cringe. I am so happy to have found a vet office where I can feel confident in everyone there and have the peace of mind that my little boy is in good care. We especially love that not only is Doctor Gordon well versed in standard veterinary care, he also offers an array of holistic approaches. I reccomend reading their very informative website about all the services they offer and how they work.”

“My chihuahua, Chico was in the best hands yesterday for his tumor surgery. After I found a lump on him a week ago and getting a preliminary "likely mast cell tumor" diagnosis at my primary vet in Huntington Beach, they referred me to a surgical oncologist because they didn't feel comfortable to do the surgery. The specialist vet estimated close to $10,000 for tests and surgery which was way beyond my budget yet I of course wanted to put my animal's health first so I then went on to get other opinions from 2 more vets and spoke to trusted friends in the rescue and veterinary community, visiting a total of 4 different vets last week to find the best option. Dr Amir Liaghat at Pico was recommended by a rescue friend who works with vets all over OC and had had her own family pet treated for cancer by Dr. Liaghat so I trusted her recommendation to go see him. Unlike my primary vet, when I first met him, he immediately made me feel comfortable with his ability to handle this surgery because he does a lot of surgeries of this type and was easily able to answer my many questions. I left feeling very confident we were in the right place with the treatment decision. It was a huge plus that Dr. Amir has such a kind and compassionate demeanor. Chico instantly took to him and was so comfortable - which made surgery day a little easier. All of his staff were great, too - so personable and helpful. btw, post-surgery - his bill was 90% less than the specialist estimate and he was able to get the whole tumor out with good margins - so now we have to wait on the biopsy results. I am grateful to have them caring for my sweetie-pie.”

“I apologize for taking so long to leave this review! Back in November of 2017 our pregnant chinchilla was having a hard time giving birth. We had recently moved to Brea and had not found a vet for her yet. We took her to Greek & associates. She was in very bad shape by then. Dr Kate Moore had a full schedule that day but rearranged things and stayed late that night to do surgery. She saved Nuggets life that day I have no doubt. The baby was not meant to be and Nugget could not have given birth to it and lived herself. Nugget belongs to my grand daughter but is loved by the whole family as she is just the sweetest little girl you’ll ever meet. Not many vets are knowledgeable and treat chinchillas and we feel so fortunate to have found Greek & Assoc.. All the staff were wonderful and made every effort to help us through a very scary ordeal. If you have a pet you care about you can’t have a better group of people to take care of it! Thank you Dr Moore and the staff at Greek & Associates!”

“I took my girl rat, Cookie, here a month ago. I brought her in for a second opinion consult regarding having surgery. The staff was super sweet and the doctor was kind and gentle. He looked at cookie thoroughly and quoted a VERY reasonable price for the removal of her two masses. Cookie had the surgery that same morning and after a three hr wait, she was back in my arms like a spring happy chicken. She got meds for three days. Today she is a happy healthy bouncy girl. I think I just found her a new vet :) Update!!!! Today Jan 4th 2019, our girl Cookie had her 3rd surgery by Dr D to remove tumor 5 and 6. SUCCESS AGAIN!!! Cookie is 2yrs and 3 months. This doctor is amazing w rat surgeries. He is very patient, kind, knowledgeable and won’t take risks if he doesn’t feel it is in the best interest of your fur baby. “Although very small with the smallest gift shop I've ever seen, this is worth a visit if you have any interest in seals and sea lions. Although you have to remain quiet when near the animals, you can get a pretty good view of the animals and watch them interact with each other. Parking can be kind of iffy due to the nature of the Canyon road. (There is a free parking lot, but it is pretty small and can fill up quickly.)”

“Dr Roberts and Dr Jennifer are genuine people. When my rabbit broke his foot Dr Roberts went out of her way to make sure Rex was healed. It was a pretty nasty shatter and I honestly don’t think it would have healed work without her determination. Soon as he got home - his rod which kept the bones intact- came loose. I was beside myself knowing I was over my head in getting him healed, correctly. Dr Roberts took him back, immediately, corrected the splint and insisted he stay with her until he was ready to go back. Her persistence to get him back to a healthy, happy rabbit, put aside the vet / patient relationship. She demonstrated a true love for animals. Their whole staff are amazing. I don’t trust any other vet and when I have to go out of town I leave my both buns in their care. I feel comfortable knowing they’re not just looked after - they are also loved. Rabbits are highly sensitive creatures but mine have become familiar with Northwood. Since they are oversized rabbits they give them a bigger area and where it’s quiet and they aren’t stressed. I’m super grateful for all they’ve done Sadie and Rex greatly appreciate, Northwood! Thank you!”

“If you are looking for caring, honest pet care, this is the place! Our main vets are Dr. Bogan and Dr. Johnson but all of them are fantastic. They review your pet's case together in case you need to see a different vet. That way any of them can know what is going on should they need to take over. The support staff is also very capable and attentive. Boarding is unique for large dogs because they have private rooms with televisions and a live feed so you can see your pet anytime! Great outdoor play area and wonderful care takers. We swore we would never board our dogs again due to a traumatic experience somewhere else. We had a diabetic dog that required special care so we had to board him. Turned out to be a blessing to find a place like this where we could go on vacation and actually enjoy it without worrying! Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic has customers for life with us. Check them out!!”

“Sadly I had to put my baby girl Lucy down on Saturday night. This was very unexpected and sudden. I have never had to put an animal down and this hurt more than anything in the world. The staff was very comforting and gentle with Lucy. I was torn apart when I left. Today I got a heart felt card with individual messages from the staff. I am still in mourning and although the card made me cry, it was one of the nicest gestures I have received. Thank you guys/gals for all that you did.”

“Animal Dermatology Clinic is a great place to take your dog. Vinnie was misdiagnosed(even with a biopsy) at a previous vet and placed on high dose steroids for over a year and he was getting worse. So thankful he was properly diagnosed and we were able to change his meds and probably added years to his life”
