“Classic burger joint by Newport Beach. Service was friendly and burgers were served fresh from the grill. The fries were quite nice. I got the chicken breast sandwich which you can’t go wrong with. The restaurant is small and there is limited seating but the beach is close by so you can eat there as well. Cool decor as well :)”

“My wife left her phone in the car and ran back in a panic once she was in the airport and it was missing. The employees at the return area and the Manager were so kind to her, calmed her down and promptly returned her phone. The car was well on the way to their depot and the driver turned around and returned it. We appreciate the kindness she received in her panic and such a quick response/communcation among the team members in getting the phone back. Also, the car was immaculate and it was an all around good rental experience. We will definitely use Thrifty if we come down to the OC again.”

“I went in there one time for a drink and to use the restroom. I got told that the bathroom was outside in a small building, so I paid for my drink and dropped it off at the car. Went to the bathroom and as I walked up there was a family who very nicely told me that I had to go get the key from the cashier inside. Said screw it and went home so I could poo in piece. Gas is pretty expensive though, huh?”
