“We went to this place a couple of months ago when I was out on a work trip. The colleagues that I was traveling with were craving for some Indian/Pakistani food (one of them never tried this kind of food, so there was a lot at stake here at least with suggestions). I googled and this place came up and socialized the idea. They were all game for it. So, we showed up and the place and the place was empty and we all were skeptic. We were asked to take whatever table we choose to sit at. My colleagues put the ordering on me. The owner came out to take our order and he suggested a couple of dishes. I told him that the other guys has had very little to no exposure to Indian/Pakistani food. He asked me to relax and just taste the food when served. We ordered Beef Nihari, Kabab Platter, Mutton korma, and Garlic Naans. We were also worried that the food would not be enough (we were three hungry guys). The food comes out and OMG, it looked amazing, smelled amazing and a lot. We took a bite if the beef Nihari and our eyes rolled. The mutton was melt in your mouth. The Kababs in the platter were so tender. One colleague was just having garlic naan (all by itself) just coz he said he liked the taste so much. The owner also came out asked us to ask on our verdict on the food. We rolled with our praises. We had a great discussion about how he started his business, where he is originally from (he is from Lahore, Pakistan), business during COVID, etc. All in all, a great experience, food and great bunch of people. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is around the strip and is craving for some good, authentic Indian/Pakistani food.”

The Tom Yum soup is one of the best soups I've tried in any restaurant & the way they serve is great too. The pad Thai and vegetable/tofu curry was great too. “Oso Viejo Community Park is a good spot to spend time with your kids, or grandkids. The coolest part of the playground is the massive slides. Two of the six slides are three levels high, and provide for an exciting ride. There is also a smaller section for younger kids. I enjoyed sitting in the shaded chairs and watching the kids play. The spot provided for a great view of the playground, so not to worry too much about loosing sight of them. There are nice paths which provide for a nice walk, and can be done with a stroller. There are mosaic art instillations, benches for rest or snacks, and a book to read. The pages of the book are spread along the path, which gave the kids excitement to keep moving to the next section. The kids also took some time to run around the field. Overall, a good time. For those that live nearby looking for fitness, there are also workout stations and a horseshoe pit, but as we passed it looked like people were playing bocce ball. I also found out that there is a small hedge maze we missed, so we will have to go back and check it out another day.”
