“David is a really knowledgeable Dermatology Physician's Assistant. He is great with pre-teens and teens for acne or rashes. He has a great way of connecting with the kids with sports talk and hilarious age-appropriate puns. Both of my kids got a kick out of his fun personality. As a mom, I appreciate his expertise in guiding us in skin care and prescriptions that can be added to the kids' skin care regiment. The location is great for Aliso Viejo and Laguna Niguel families, right near the Sports Chalet at Alicia and Pacific Park. If I could change one thing it would be the front office staff. They over-schedules the brilliant David Thornsberry to the point where we have had to wait an hour to see David on more than one occasion. They were quite unapologetic about it like it was normal operating procedure. Another odd thing was that they are the first doctor's office that I have visited where they make you pay an up-front fee for an HSA program. Normally I get billed after they settle up with the insurance company. Maybe that is the direction HSA medical billing is going but they were a bit rude about it. David is worth enduring the front office. Just bring some homework or some music and headphones for the kids so they can tolerate the wait.”

“I came here about a month back. The person I personally did business with was Sam. I needed to get my front passenger side window regulator replaced for a 1997 bmw 328i. He was very upfront about all the parts I would need for my car, how much he would charge, he even asked if I wanted to go OEM or aftermarket (for the sake of cost; it even comes with a 6 month warranty) he quoted me a price that was almost half the cost of another place. He later found out not only did I need to replace the replace the clips that slide on the regulator which I believe was a very fair price. He did all this the very same day. I'm very happy with how everything has turned out. I will be looking forward to doing business with them again in the near future for any of my auto glass needs.”

“I liked it a lot. All the clothes was color-coordinated, and when you're looking for a specific color, that's great. I found some blouses that looked like they would have cost $20 new. They also have a good selection of books. If you're looking to flip items, some of the books offered could easily go for $30. I got a book that I liked that was originally $16 for $2 Their selection of shoes did leave a lot to be desired, but honestly it's weird to go to a thrift store to get shoes, no offense. Don't want to be getting any of those foot diseases,,, Go to the restroom before you come here. Trashcan was overflowing so there was a mound of toilet paper next to it. The toilet paper was that rough brown bumpy paper. I get that it's a thrift store, but one-ply isn't expensive at all. It stunk to high heaven.”
