“Fantastic lake view! We were told from a friend in San Francisco that West Shore had the best dinner views on Lake Tahoe. We were not disappointed! The staff made us feel at home, and made sure that our experience was memorable. We had the crab cakes, short rib, and ribeye frites. Food was cooked to perfection and presented well. So glad we saved this as our last dinner experience while we vacationed! You will not be disappointed!”

“What a nice surprise this was. This place has both indoor and outdoor seating, though the outdoor seat3may not be obvious. That's part of the charm however if you do end up eating outside. It's a nice, open space enclosured by foliage. Food was good, and the service was on point. Check the menu and you should be pleased by the restaurant's interpretation of the dish. They do seem to have a time limit on the tile, but it wasn't an issue for me.”

“This review is more for Lou - ski instructor! Homewood itself is also very very beautiful -- I was there end of season when a lot of the slopes were closed -- I'd like to go back earlier to take in full majesty overlooking Lake Tahoe. Lou is amazing! I feel like I got 10 lessons in one I learned SO SO much. His calm demeanor made me feel assured when we moved to (at my request) more advances slopes. I cannot recommend him and his style enough - thank you so much! Can't wait to come back.”
