“We have really enjoyed living here. Maintenance comes in a timely matter and both the guys are friendly! The office gals are great. Anytime I need anything they are easy to talk to and willing to help. I have wonderful neighbors and have not had any problems. We feel safe and secure. My son attends a near by middle school all the kids walk/bike/skateboard to school together. I went with them numerous times and have had no problems. People are friendly. Kids all get along. The pool is awesome and fun during the summertime. We’ve enjoyed it very much! Thanks Pepperwood for all your hard work! ??”
