“Great place to jam for not a lot of dough (let's face it, local musicians are not rich). Love that they're open until 2 am and you can book ONLINE! They have two rooms available for daily booking OR you can get a monthly lock out, which is pretty awesome. Their gear is good for a jam, including a drum kit, marshall amps (not the best but they will do), bass amp, and a decently loud PA in every room.”

Scheduling was always easy and seen in a nice timely manner. Dr. Saadat was very knowledgeable and always asking me if I had any questions or concerns. I went the IVF route and thankfully was successful within the first try, my issue was scar tissue related. It was nice to have a clinic where you really feel cared for rather than just a patient. “Our pool has never been better! A technician, Nolan, came to service our pool and it has been running wonderfully ever since. The day he came our spa water had been draining and we were completely unaware. He fixed the issue and even got the waterfall to run perfectly, which it hadn’t in years! He also cleaned our filter because our vacuum hadn’t been moving as quickly as before. Our Hayward vacuum that we bought at Argus now runs better than ever.”

The pastrami is high quality and the romaine lettuce is never soggy or old. Their Monterey chicken sandwich is high quality chicken and always super juicy and flavorful. I’d definitely recommend this place over Jersey mikes or any other local sandwich shop. Also love that they have a reward system that’s easy to earn points and then cash in your rewards.
