They do a great job of communicating with me as a customer and I received an email from them thanking me for my order and being their customer. The price for the sheets are a great value. I need extra deep California King sheets and they are difficult to find in the big box stores and are way over priced! I'm glad I found Egyptian Linens. Regarding criticisms about wrinkled sheets coming out of the dryer, once they are on the bed they are perfect. Sheets are sheets and comfort is of prime importance as no one sees them but me!
