Staff was friendly, professional, kind, helpful and prepared. Wait time was 5 minutes for setup. Best RadNet experience of many.
Although scheduling was a bit difficult online the staff here was great, very quick and helpful with my little one who was a bit afraid! Once we were there it was super quick and easy!
The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The techician took me in almost right away. She wa fantastic. She asked about my symptoms and gave very clear directions. It was a perfect experience.
This how a business is supposed to be. You know when your Appointment is at 9:50am and they SEE YOU AT 9:50AM. They are efficient, professional and respectful. I will come here anytime I need Xrays, even though, I have travel far to get to them. Thank you for the GREAT SERVICE. Hopefully I don't need any Xrays but if I do you. I'm coming to you guys.
The appointment was a breeze with their online check-in process. I was able to upload all my documents and insurance info. The wait time was minimal. The staff was very nice and professional. Definitely will revisit this location again. Thank you
