Initially had issues with getting a louvre replaced but they did it at no charge and stood by their warranty. Happy with the price and the service

SALESMAN WAS JOSE. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALESMAN. MY BROTHER REFERRED ME AFTER THEY DID HIS HOME AND HIS BROTHER IN LAW’S HOME AS WELL. THE DAY THEY SHOWED UP TO INSTALL MY BLINDS THEY WERE THE WRONG ONES. I CALLED THE OWNER DUE TO ME ALREADY TAKING DOWN MY OLD BLINDS. HE SAID IT WILL TAKE ABOUT ANOTHER 3-5 WEEKS I LAUGHED AND SAID NO SORRY CANCEL MY ORDER. SO I TOLD HIM TO GIVE ME A DISCOUNT $$ AND I WILL SETTLE WITH THESE, AND HE DID. HE MADE IT RIGHT THEY INSTALLED BLINDS AND DID A GOOD JOB. GOOD QUALITY WOOD 🪵 SHUTTERS.
