“It's a decent Shell gas station I've seen better and I've seen much much worse. The gas attendant was very helpful because I had given him the wrong pump number and someone was about to pump my gas and he cut them off before I noticed I had given him the wrong pump number and when I walked in to tell him he had already switched it for me. Truly grateful for that.”

“I recently had a new technician come out for a finicky machine in our office. We often had someone else come but always had same issues the day after. That fact made things very frustrating. However this new Technician Jerry came and was very knowledgeable on the equipment... He seemed to know immediately the issue and replaced that part a boom... No more problems. Have not needed anyone out for issues since. He was polite and charismatic. Great worker with excellent communication skills. Was on time and fast with diagnostics and repair of problem.
