“Am I allowed to rate a place 10 stars?!? I moved in July 2020 and I feel as though I couldn’t have made a better decision. While I will say that rent is quite high, I will add that it is 100% worth it! At The Monterey, you truly get what you pay for. Lorraine is absolutely AMAZING! She has years of experience and is dedicated to making sure her tenants are satisfied. Everyone in the office is super friendly and welcoming and they LOVE pets! They even provide yoga classes! Although they are still in the development process, I anticipate it will be everything I have pictured when it’s complete. I love it so much here, I’m thinking about upgrading to a 2-bedroom! Thank you to the lovely staff AND friendly neighbors here at The Monterey!”

“I eat here almost every day and it is my favorite sushi spot in the I.E. I used to go frequent J Sushi off Green river but no longer! This is THE place if you want fresh fish and good portions. Each of the sushi chefs have their own style when making rolls so don't expect a factory duplicate roll every time you come. Highly recommend Hikari to everyone. All the staff including the owner are super nice as well :)”

I'm so glad I did, not only did I pick it up the same day, the office staff was so patient and helpful, the quality and pricing was better than what's in the home improvement stores, and the crew at the loading dock carefully wrapped and tied down everything when they loaded it in my truck. I would highly recommend them over any home improvement store.”
