Kenneth is the owner and he takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Kenneth has also educated me whenever there was a job I did not understand. For example , I had a three-way drain installed on one of the properties. In order to help me better understand this process Kenneth provided photos, videos, and other literature to help me fully understand what needed to be done that put me in a place of comfortability and trust. The quality of service provided is excellent the prices are fair/ reasonable and the plumbers sent out to the property have always been professional. Not only does this company provide plumbing services, but they provide services such as Hydro jetting in which some companies do not offer; the use of a camera system to help determine a problem in a drain or main line; and preventive maintenance service is suggested when needed. This company will provide a window of time in which they will arrive on the property in order to perform the work that needs to be done and thus far, this company maintains this timeliness w/out complaint. Another amazing thing about this company is their invoice system. All invoices are done electronically and there’s no need to be on site in order to pay this company. “Found this place off E 6th Street in Corona. A little hard to find (located next to the tile place, directly on the corner of E6th and Cardiff St), but otherwise my experience was awesome. I had a general idea of what I needed for a backyard rennovation, but the staff at Max Hill Lumber were SUPER helpfull! I got exactly what I needed, and after getting home, I looked for the same materials at the big box stores and some other smaller lumber stores, and the price I had paid at MHL was much better than even the big boys. I would definitely reccomend stopping by or giving a call, overall very helpful and professional!”
