“There is no other appliance store I would rather shop at than Pacific Sales Corona. This place is just absolutely amazing! I was greeted as soon as I walked threw the door. Josh was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. He made the shopping experience painless and easy. He even took the time to explain the benefits of the Geek Squad Protection they offer. Considering I was there to replace a busted dryer, I thought this was a smart move. When I got to the front counter, there was another customer ahead of myself, but Delores, being the helpful person she is, called Andrew from their warehouse to come start my order. I believe Andrew was a warehouse worker, but he did not complain at all about helping me and was very helpful double checking the order and entering it into the computer. Once Delores finished, she took over and took my money. I told her I was without a dryer and she scheduled me for the soonest appointment they could get to me. Absolutely amazing! I can't think of a recent time where I've walked into a store and felt like everyone was there to help me and not to just get a paycheck. I will definitely be coming here anytime I need something. Delores assured me they have a great staff in their bath department if I ever need any fixture. Home Depot may be bigger, but Pacific Sales has heart.”

“The staff is just incredible; knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. From the moment you are greeted it's all about your fur baby. The prices are fair, especially so for medicine. Don't expect instant service (unless it's an emergency), they are busy for a reason! My dogs have been there for about every service you can think of, from annual exams to specialist referrals, and at all times I have been a satisfied customer! I would also like to note on how incredibly helpful and supportive they were when my puppy needed to be euthanized due to a terminal illness. They call it giving them their 'Angel Wings'. The traditional wooden box urn is lovely, and the plaster paw imprint a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hospital. ”
