  Amazing Home2, so convenient near several restaurants and stores. The General Manager was amazing same as the front desk. The room was spotless!! Really safe to stay, we felt at home.

  Out of all the Hilton hotels, this one is definitely my favorite. The room is perfectly spaced out with a sitting area, desk, and queen sized bed that can be separated with a curtain, making it feel more “homey”. I love the small kitchen area- when I’m traveling for work, it’s nice to be able to store food in the full size refrigerator or heat up some meals on the stove top. This hotel was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and professional. There were also several amazing restaurants nearby, as well as a Trader Joe’s, too. I highly recommend this hotel!

  This was the nicest hotel available in McKinney, Texas.. We normally stay in four and five star hotels so I was actually worried!
  
  To our surprise it was very very clean, amazing staff and excellent value. The rooms are decorated nicely. The breakfast was good. And all around we were really happy.
  
  We had an issue during the stay - not the hotels fault - but there was a screaming kid in the room next to us. The hotel staff quickly moved us to another room where it was peaceful!
  
  I highly recommended the top floor in the upgraded rooms as they come with snacks included!

  I highly recommend this location if you need a home away from home. Ashley along with the rest of the staff were there to accommodate our family and ensured our comfort. We had a family member in ICU at a nearby hospital and they were quick to help us get situated. The rooms are big and have microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. Sink area and plenty of counter space. The handicap assessable room provided all the necessities and safety that was needed for my father. Breakfast had large variety and hot coffee all day which was extremely helpful as we had long days coming to and from hospital.
  
  I also had a migraine one day and the staff noticed I was not feeling well and they were so kind. They had migraine medicine and provided me with water and even checked up on me.
  
  Hilton brand continues to impress me! A big thank you to your McKinney Staff!

  We waited until the last day to make travel plans and called Donna for help. Without scolding me or threatening to slap my wrist, she discovered our lodgings for 2 different destinations, all while attending a workshop for other agents. We were already on the road and we communicated electronically, while juggling the GPS instructions. We were very happy with her willingness to help and would highly recommend her services to others.   Donna is amazing! I heard wonderful things about Donna so I decided to give her a try. She scheduled a cruise for me took care of all the arrangements flight transportation hotel EVERYTHING! Unfortunately covid19 happened and my cruise got canceled! Donna stepped in and helped get my refunds took awhile because of all the craziness but Donna did not quit! Thank you Donna you are awesome and ill be using you again in the future and thanks for putting up with me and being so nice!!!
