(February 28, 2019, 2:14 am)This office is by far the best office i have been too, yes they do get busy. I see the office very full when I go in there at times and it is hard to get appointments but the girls try to get my appointments scheduled according to the types of procedure I need done so that way I get seen soon and fast, but you can tell the back staff tries very hard to get patients in n out in a timely manner and even if they take me in a little past my appointment time , though
I understand things happen and I’m not going to hold that against them, unless they where sitting around talking and laughing (which they don’t or that I have ever seen, I always see Assistants running around and communicating with each other to get people in and out in a timely manner) but hey I’m pretty much getting free dental work so I’m not complaining about sitting out there an extra 30 min!! The Assistants are very knowledgeable and you can tell they care about their patients. The front desk girls are very welcoming as well and the office is always clean. I’m sure the reviews that are on here where when people caught them on their off days which we all have but judging the amount of patients they have sitting in their lobby when I go in, there’s obviously something they are doing right and having happy patients return (: thank you diamond dental! -

(February 24, 2019, 12:08 pm)Very friendly and amazing staff as well as a very nice and friendly orthodontist. Dr. Collins is probably the coolest orthodontist I have met and I’m more than happy to say that he is a great person and orthodontist. He always makes sure I know what is happening before tightening any wires or making any adjustments. He also makes sure I’m very comfortable with the adjustments that are going to take place. For example he asked me weather I wanted to get my lower braces on during that visit or after Christmas which I thought it was very nice of him.
Always feel very welcomed here and have NEVER had a bad experience with Dr. Collins or any of the staff. So glad we chose this office to have my braces done. Will never regret coming here for my braces. Amazing experience
