Always so welcoming, even as a newbie you don't feel uncomfortable learning. Very kind employees. (visited the Riverside location)

I stopped by this Nutrishop for the first time since Costco no longer carries my pre-work out C4. Teresa G. was awesome in both her customer service and knowledge of the products they sell. Even though I came in to pickup C4 she showed me where it was but explained the benefits of Blueprint vs C4 for a pre-work and since it was black Friday I got $12 off anyways so went with Blueprint. She didn't pressure me at all and the only reason I went with the more expensive product was cause of the extra caffeine in it and I am a bigger guy that can handle it. Teresa was very personable and signed me up for the rewards program. I feel she went above and beyond as she even pre mixed my new purchase with a small bottle of water she provided and already open container of Blueprint so I didn't have to open mine! She also reminded me to pick up my free gift as my purchase qualified for one so I got an extra large shaker for future mixes. Thanks again Teresa for making me feel great about my purchase and keep up the great work and smile 😊!

Amazing service ! Staff is professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have dealt with all the employees and every one answers every question in detail and give advice without making you feel obligated to buy products. Highly recommend.
