Every step of the way there was fantastic communication and the quality of the workmanship was great! There was no hot water for my tenants and I called late Sunday evening and even though the next day was a holiday, he returned my call first thing in the morning! He had the problem assessed, parts purchased and water heater replaced all within that same day! His communication is great, very thorough and professional, even thanked my husband for his service and gave us a military discount. I would work with him again in a heart beat! Thanks Bob!

Highly recommend him for the plumbing work. It’s takes longer for me but overall I am happy from his work and he give one year warranty which appeal me. Price wise Bob is very reasonable and gave me good discount. Overall good nature and friendly person with valuable advise provided related to plumbing work and water heater.

He gave me a most reasonable price with better quality service than the "top names" that you hear on the radio. I have tried the main name plumbers and unsatisfied with their service compared to their prices. Bob can do anything with a 100% satisfaction or he doesn't leave until you are. He gives a 10% military discount and is a marine himself. He has got my business for life!
