(October 20, 2015, 1:06 pm)On the hottest day of the year this summer I contacted Wells for help, as with all A/C companies they were booked solid day and night... The company offered to send over one of their plumbers to try and assist - he could tell right away the repair was going to be big and he didn't have level of expertise, that's ok he is a plumber - however he reached out to his office team and they made a desperate search throughout the Valley to find someone to squeezed me in. They found me help that evening @ 9:00 pm; by 9:30 pm my house went from 90 to 76 degrees. Then while the plumber was at my home trying to find help for the heat, he offered to fix a couple tiny drips @ no cost because he wanted to help in anyway he could ....... wow, wow, wow! It's reassuring to know that there are still people in this world that practice random acts of kindness and help. Many thanks to the team at Wells Plumbing!
