“Seems like the other 1 star reviews are either vague or rating a minor aspect of this department. I just went in, said I needed to pull a permit for a project, followed the directions as instructed, paid my fees, and now I'm getting email updates for what I need to do next. Simple and straightforward. The front desk receptionist, payment clerk, info clerk, and building/safety clerk were all kind individuals that answered my questions. I had 4 people in front of me and waited 15 minutes, which is nothing. This was one of the best city permit pulling experiences I've had so far, and I've dealt with 15 different cities so far. If you need something answered, go in person, people are busy, they can't always take your call to answer. The receptionist doesn't know every answer to your question. Don't bother emailing, again, these people are very busy. Always best to go in person.”

“Unfortunately I have had a lot of dental work done and been to quite a few dental offices. This office is by far the best I have ever been to. Dr. Lee was so informative during this process with my root canal and filling. He was fast and efficient and really made sure I understood how this happened and how to prevent it from happening again. The staff was very professional and the atmosphere overall was pleasant. I have never had a good experience at a dentist office before but for the first time I am not dreading coming in for future appointments with a dentist. I will highly recommend Dr. Lee to my friends that are looking for a good dentist.”

“Was so happy to come across this place. We were just passing through town and decided to stay the night. This was close to the Hotel. I decided on the Vegetarian Bowl and was not disappointed in any way. The food was outstanding. You definitely get your money worth. And the service was spectacular. The lady that helped me went above and beyond. She was even willing to explain the sauces to me. Now that is Customer Service”
