“What a great experience! After being burned by Gorilla Islands I brought my business to Premiere BBQ Islands. They designed, built and delivered my outdoor fireplace under the estimated delivery date. Mark was a breathe of fresh air. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest. He came to our home and helped with the design process and his choice for colors and tile made the fireplace turn out perfect! He stayed involved the entire process including delivery and Brittany was excellent with her communication. The two guys that delivered the fireplace where extremely helpful, clean and friendly. They went way above and beyond just delivering the fireplace. I can be picky and they remained patient with the placement of the fireplace. They helped mount the TV and run the cables. The fireplace had to be craned in and they touched up any areas affected by the crane. Turns out one of the guys was the owner! We couldn't be happier with Premier BBQ Islands. I highly recommend them and will tell everybody I know to stay away from the competition and bring your business here. I am extremely satisfied and you guys have made a customer for life.”
