“All nurses are the best,polite and very friendly. But one of the dentist named Dr.Kim He does good job but he’s too rude and very impatient. When approach customers he never introduce himself, never say hi or bye He didn’t let me talk at all. Even with the staff when they politely thank him when he performs his responsibilities He rudely refuses to reply a Your welcome. When he was working with me he never advised about the inyección I had the gel and he didn’t wait for it to do its job also inyected me on area with no gel , it hurts . I know this feedback won’t affect the rest of the staff because they are performing Exelent job and I’m so please with them.. I’m still a happy customer”

The same can be said about Ala, the Hygienist. She is very gentle & takes extra time to make sure I understand everything going on & educate me. The assistants are all terrific. Jessica & Gloria in the front office are accomidating & kind. The Office Manager, Chip, is fantastic. I have never felt pressured to "upgrade" or do something that wasn't needed.
