(January 31, 2019, 12:28 pm)I receive services from American Medical Response on January 31st 2019 in the city of Perris California there was one particular EMT by the name of Cody and he was an excellent EMT he made a very quick judgment, and my life was saved I had anaphylactic shock due to the fact that I wasn't paying attention thinking I was taking a Tylenol and took another pill instead as I was driving after working all night not paying attention not smart anyway I certainly hope that Cody somehow gets this and I am truly grateful to him my adult kids are not ready to say goodbye to their mama
