  I highly recommend this electronic and computer repair store. I came into the store with my Chromebook 11 c740 that was stuck on a screen that said chrome OS is missing or damaged. And when I try to put the recovery utility image with the flash drive it then went to unexpected error. So I had to fix the hard drive in the Chromebook and when I came into the store Spencer helped me out and fixed my computer the same day. Customer service is excellent here very friendly environment very good in price. If you need your computer fixed don't go anywhere else but here at laptop Master. It's very professional and this computer repair store knows what they're doing.

  This place is amazing. I brought two of my computers in for repairs that I had given up hope on and they cleans out all the dust reinstalled windows on one of my computers and figured out what was wrong with my other computer as well and then upgraded it as well. They were knowledgeable and kept me informed of the process and what happened the whole way through. I highly recommend Laptop Masters for any problems you have with your pc.

  They replaced my Chromebook screen in less than 30 minutes and a great prince after I got the run around from the Geek Squad. I would highly recommend them if you need computer repair.

  I came in with my laptop and right away Spencer knew what he was doing. He carefully inspected the hardware pieces that needed to be replaced and looked at the pricing options for what's out there. What I appreciate was that he provided multiple options, including what was most cost effective, especially for someone like me who just graduated from college. Spencer definitely works with your preferences and helps educate you along the way with your laptop questions! Thank you Laptop Masters!

  I had a trouble that I just didnt have the resources to get done and they got it done as soon as they could even with me pestering them the whole time. They get their projects done in a fast pace and help as much as they could. They also keep a nice conversation when it comes to waiting so you won’t have to worry about being bored there. Overall I would go back if I had any problems. Great computer shop.
