  These guys are AWESOME!!! We own a small business and took our Mac and a Windows PC into them for repair and they did exactly what they said they were going to do at the price they quoted. No surprises or added costs. Cesar was very knowledgeable and patient and went above and beyond giving us some valuable tips. I would not hesitate referring them to anyone. They are the real deal. My husband found them on our neighborhood app after asking if anyone knows of a good computer tech, and there were many people suggesting them ????

  The business performs magic... Very thorough and high on customer service. Cesar was patient and explained what was needed to cure my electronic device's sickness.

  I called Tectronics to see about having the charging port in my tablet replaced & the cost.
  I spoke with Cesar who was very polite. I took my tablet in after the part had arrived & it was fixed in a few hours.
  When I returned to pick it up, I spoke with Cesar again in hopes of getting a software question answered.
  Cesar not only answered my question, he physically showed me how to fix that problem the next time it happens. He also told me to feel free to call if I have any other questions. I felt that was a very generous offer, especially in todays day & age where customer service is all but non-existent.
  I highly recommend Tectronics for any repairs on your electronics.

  I came in to get an SD card recovered. They were very helpful in laying out my options and made it clear what the costs were. They also gave me recommendations for SD card brands, apps and programs for storage, and were very friendly enough to stay open later than their hours for me. Super nice and knowledgable. I'd come back here again for any device repair.

  Caesar and Spencer are very knowledgeable and have great prices. Caesar was kind enough to walk me through a small issue without having to go to the shop. I really appreciated the customer service. I would definitely recommend Tectronics to any and everyone. They have a NEW customer 4 L
