“My overall experience with living at Canyon Crest View Apartments has been exceptional. I relocated from Phoenix AZ 10 months ago and when looking for apartments the friendliness and sincerity we received from Erica made us not want to look anywhere else. The entire staff are friendly, helpful and attentive all our needs. There are issues such as older appliances, the extra charges for water and hot water which is why I give it 4 stars. It would also be a benefit and an attraction to more tenants that after their initial lease has expired that they would get a discount for signing a new lease but I understand these are issues related to the economic climate and aren’t controlled by Erica and her team! You have all been a please to work with and look forward to many more years of residency.”
