This is a wonderful and loving place. I lost my husband and Bill and his staff took the BEST CARE of us. I will recommend them to everyone.
William and Sarah were terrific to work with during a very difficult circumstance with the unexpected death of our son. They were caring and responsive to any questions or concerns.

It’s always tough losing a loved one but I was extremely comforted to have Bill and the team at Sierra Memorial Chapel Mortuary (Thomas Miller Mortuary) helping me to honor and bury my father. They helped to check the details I hadn’t thought of and guided me on tough decisions that only I could make. They made a difficult process as easy as possible. I hope I don’t need their services again for a long time but, when the time comes, I know exactly who I will call on again to help. Thank you!
Although the reason I have to give this review is not a pleasant one because my daughter was murdered, it was in the news and it was a big deal...
Bill and Christina were a major part in my healing as the parent of a Lost Child~ they accommodated me, they answered the phone every time I called, they stayed on top of things, they helped me remember things,.
It was just like I had my own mom and dad there helping me take care of the funeral arrangements.
They were the most accommodating even when I had strange or less than recommended requests.
They made sure that everything was done and they worked with victim services and the church for the service and I just cannot say enough good things about them.
I gave them both a hug and took a picture with them the day that we picked up my daughter's ashes which was extremely hard for me, and I am forever grateful for them helping me walk out one of the toughest weeks of my life.
You guys rock! You guys are a blessing from above. And I appreciate you so much and will always remember you.
