Right away I felt welcomed and since January I’ve never stopped attending. Sean and Nico are both amazing trainers they get to know you as an individual which is hard to find nowadays with other trainers. They care for your health and have many recommendations that work best for you. Not only are they good to me,but to my one year old daughter who is always at the gym with me. She always feels free to run and play and she sometimes has Nico and Sean chasing after her. I strongly recommend this gym not only because they are hard core in there workouts,but also because they make you feel like family.”

“The Poly Theater Booster Club uses Same Day for our show t-shirts. They use nice soft shirts and they have a variety of colors available. I have found Same Day to have a pretty quick turnaround from the time you submit your art and any lettering you need. Our last show shirt was exceptional, with extra graphics on the back of the shirt where our cast and crew was listed. We love that we can print 25 shirts or 125 shirts, they will happily fill your order and have them folded nicely for pick up. We look forward to continuing to use Same Day for the 22-23 school year shows as well.”
