“How do you give a 13-year-old van a new lease on life? You go to Economy Paint & Collision. Don't let the cramped quarters fool you. They make every inch of space work for them. They are friendly and helpful, and most importantly, they do great work. Yes, there is some minor orange peel if the light hits this small spot or that small spot just right, but it takes a whole lot of money and a whole lot of effort to get a repaint job that doesn't do that. That was a concern for me, but the orange peel is so minimal that it has no negative impact at all. From repairing the dings to taking extra care with the edges, it's just a superb job. And the best part is that the paint looks like the original factory paint. They don't use "their own" paints, as some paint shops do. They check the vehicle's paint factory code and unless you are choosing to change the color, you get a finished look that looks like the original. That choice of quality, matching paint makes a great deal of difference in the outcome. The prices are excellent, even though you understandably pay extra with a van, truck, or SUV. After all, it's a big vehicle. Check out the before and after photos of the hood, as well as the before roof (practically bald from sun oxidation), and the overall after of the whole van, including the beautifully restored roof. 9 repaired dings, and a full body paint, with 2 coats of paint and 2 coats of clear coat, all finished right on time. Yep. I am a happy customer, and I'm pretty sure that if the van could talk, you'd hear it whooping and a hollering in the driveway.”
