He did a phenomenal job and had the car purring like a kitten when he was done. I want to especially point out the level of service that was provided. “Prior to bringing my Jeep into Rizzco, I brought it to a different mechanic who quoted me 1800+ dollars and over a week and a half of time to get it fixed and running again, I was told I'd need a new radiator, and not only that but that my head gaskets had also blown and would need to be sent to a machine shop to be replaced. Looking to find a better deal, I decided to tow it down to Rizzco, who within a few seconds of running his diagnostic check and looking at the engine while the jeep was running, determined it was the only the water pump that needed to be fixed. Kris ordered the part and it was fixed that same day for only a quarter of the price I was previously told I had to pay, not to mention the previous shop never even mentioned the water pump, these guys here are really on the ball, the knowledge and professionalism is unlike any other shop I've experienced personally. Kris recommended to leave it over night to bleed out the air from the radiator which I was unaware of and was very informative of everything I needed to know going forward in the future to maintain and make sure all my fluids are where they need to be. I've since picked it up this morning and it's been running with no issues since. I will definitely be bringing all my future business to Rizzco, Kris, and Fiji and recommend you'd do the same. True definition of 5 Star service.”

“Great family that owns the company. Sue was darling and very acceptable as a receptionist. She was warm and understanding. Not only that, but I was in a bind with a tire showing silver and she found out what tire I needed and made sure she could get one that afternoon (only 2 or 3 hour wait.). I was outta town so that was a relief. As well as after the changed the tire for me, they explained what else I needed to think about doing to help better the car.”
