“My experience with a request for service was excellent. The technician arrived a few minutes before the appointment I'd made, he was extremely nice, very careful to make certain his equipment (ladders, tools) did not cause any damage to my office or furniture, and fixed the problem with my heater quickly - and thoroughly. I'd be happy to have him help me with any service problems in the future. The appointment process might be improved; but once made, the work was done the right way. Customer service at its best!”

He upgraded a system that he was replacing for free because he had the part. Heads up, there is no signage at this duplex and he didn't respond to the bell, so call when you get there.”

I don't know where dungeon came from, but that's what popped up, and I'm sticking to it. Otherwise awesome service. Even the security guard was a pleasure to speak to.”

“Checkout lines can frequently be long, but the staff are friendly and fun. Update, November 2018: Unfortunately, at this point, the staff seem to be a less happy bunch than when I initially wrote this review. I would still recommend the store, as it is usually clean and neat, and the prices are reasonable (especially if you have a CVS card, which is free, and yields great price breaks and rewards), but the pervading mood of the employees is, for whatever reason, far less light and playful these days.”

“Definitely a one-stop-shop! You can get just about everything here for everyone on your list. And the shop owner Nikkie, IS heaven sent! From an amazing selection of clothes, fragrances and accessories, to house decor, plants and furniture that she actually finishes herself(more items in the back)!!! Her unique products speak for themselves, my words do not give them justice. I go back every few weeks just to admire everything she does and to chat it up and get an update on the latest style and local news. Oh, before I forget, when you walk into the store - look UP !!! “An excellent all-around experience. Repairman came at time stated. Twenty+-year old air conditioner went out and I was prepared for the worst. Unscrupulous repairers could have easily told me I needed a new compressor, etc., but the Tech did thorough troubleshooting and told me the problem-- a blown circuit-breaker. Explained things well, fixed it and was on his way in a hour. Top-notch experience in all respects!”
