One of my favorite wineries. Authentic European atmosphere. Excellent wine selection. Lots of unique places to sit and enjoy your wine. I love their Salsa and event nights. Very nice gift shop that rotates stock often.

Robert was a fantastic host! Very knowledgeable and found three wines I loved so much I had them shipped back to the East Coast! My very first California winery experience and it was excellent!

We have been to this location with friends for wine tastings in the past. We have been for breakfast and lunch as well. Both breakfast and lunch were good but nothing that stood out as a wow for me but I’m not much of a breakfast person. I didn’t realize it was a dinner venue as well until I saw a Bolero in the Inland Empire magazine.

We decided to for a birthday dinner two days in advance. Tried the online reservation that did not work so called. Both Friday and Saturday were full and no reservations were available two days in advance.

After the beautiful write up in the magazine and nothing available for weekend dinning my expectations were very high. We made a weeknight reservation and upon arrival at 5:30 the place was very busy. We were seated immediately in an outdoor area with a one person music entertainment. The music was at a good level of volume and of Spanish style music that fit the environment. The tables were a medal design and chairs were simple medal as well.

Our server met with us right away and got drink orders. Drinks were delivered quickly and tasted good but we did ask for a floater so we could taste the bourbon. On to the menu. With the Hope over dinner, I expected a different dinner menu than the lunch menu I had had in the past but not the case. The menu is rather large and diverse which is great for choices but a bit overwhelming as well. We ordered an appetizer which was a toast with tomato on it as well as an organized Caesar. Both were very good and easy to share.

Time for the main. Between the four of us we got three meals as they were described as a tapa plate. Two of us ordered the Chilean Seabass then a shrimp plate and a mussel plate. The shrimp plat was good and tasty but seemed like an appetizer. It was four bread pieces with flavors and one good size shrimp each. The mussels looked good but less than half of the shells were empty which was a bit of a heartbreak. Lastly the two orders of sea bass. I don’t think Chilean Sea Bass is ever disappointing. In this case both were amazing surrounded by artichoke hearts and tomatoes both full of flavor and definitely worth it.

Overall the place is nice but not a white table cloth place. Plenty to choose from on the menu. Plates are on the smaller side and pricing is average for its style. Service was good. We will definitely be back in our future but at the same time it didn’t grab us to get back soon. Don’t pass this up as you may find what really fits your pallet.

We did a tasting here while passing through on vacation. The wines are excellent, the atmosphere is terrific. We live in Utah so unfortunately we cannot get wines shipped to us otherwise we would have joined the club. Greg & Joan served us and they were also top notch.
