“I had a tooth that needed to be extracted by an oral surgeon, I called about six different dentist office to try to get an appointment and all the appointments are all booked up but when I called smiles West they had an appointment for me that same week. I will have to say my experience was amazing, every nurse , receptionist and the oral surgeon was nice, patient, enjoyable and very knowledgeable. They were able to give me step-by-step over the payment and try to make it more affordable for me. The Oral surgeon that took care of my tooth was quick , efficient and polite. I didn’t feel a thing. Thank you Smiles West! I have a check up with them soon.”

“I can't imagine anywhere else that is better to live. When it comes to maintenance or any other issue the staff here is more than willing to help. I have lived at a few different communities over the years but Sequoia is easily the best management company I have ever lived at. The community really does have a home feel. It is kept clean and the events the host really do bring the community together. I love that they feature different food trucks making dinner an easy affordable grab. 5 stars is truly not high enough, if I could I would rate them 10/5. If you are thinking about living here, stop on by, you wont be disappointed!”

“I dont know what to think about any bad reviews here. My family has been coming here at least once a week for over 10 years, and I have never had a bad experience. I can only think of a few times the order was wrong, and we just went in and fixed it,, no problem. And my wife gets some crazy special orders.. hold this extra that, substitute this etc...and the speed of the order is amazing. Most of the time the order is ready as soon as we get to the window. This is by far the fastest service of any fast food joint in my area. And its like that time and time again for us, even with the labor problems of today. Absolutely nothing to complain about here, great job everybody.”

“Dr Khan has been the biggest blessing for myself and my family. I have several chronic Illnesses and she has taken the time to explain them all to me and set up a game plan. She has been able to get me off of my diabetic medication. With my elderly parents and Uncle she takes time to listen to their concerns and reassure or explain their treatment. There is coffee at the lounge area and while my phone was charging he kept me company in conversation and I cannot express how nice and accommodating he was.
