I stood there for a while and I was never acknowledge . I felt ignored. They could have said, can you hold a minute or we will be with you in a few minutes. Nothing! I walked away to see if I could get someone else to help me. A young Hispanic man was driving a forklift and ask me if I needed help. I told him I needed help. He pointed to a man who was assisting another customer. He acknowledged me right away help me in purchasing a microwave. He was the store manager. I would shop again at the Moreno Valley because of the great service I received from James, the store manager. If you want good service, ask for him. Thank you”
