“Great place to workout! For a very long time I’d lived an inactive lifestyle. But then 8 months ago I made the decision to change the way I lived. I was a bit nervous and shy to try out fitness again after having a few bad experiences at other gym locations in the past. But I am so glad I tried this place out. The place is very clean. The first person I met was Coach Amy. She was so friendly and welcoming. Being here for about 7 months now I got to meet the other coaches too and they are so awesome! They are optimistic, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and make the workouts fun. They try their best to keep a positive environment. They are very watchful by making sure we are doing reps correctly. I have noticed how they try their best to greet everyone that walks in and to remember peoples names. I no longer dread going in for a workout. I actually look forward to it! I am very grateful for this place.”
