“This workout experience has been a pleasant experience from the beginning. I like the small, personalized, family- oriented atmosphere. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and interactive. My kids and I love it. It’s a great workout for all of us, a 1/2hr is perfect for our busy lives, and the membership is reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend 9Round if you’re looking to get in shape but don’t have hours to spend at the gym.”

“If you want to be treated like you're the only patient they have and if you are tired of being treated like nothing more than an insurance claim, Look. No. Further. From the first instant that I walked into the clinic, I was greeted warmly, asked graciously to put on one of their masks for safety, and get this..... the front desk staff was Genuinely concerned with how I was doing today. I have a HUGE issue with any medical establishment that forgets they're people too. I have worked in Navy Medicine for the last 10 years. Prior to that I was a civilian MA and an LVN. I know it is hard sometimes to smile, check people in, and keep a pleasant disposition so Thank You very much for making that effort. I would also like to compliment RFMG's "closed loop" contact system. They couldn't perform my ultrasound on site. It wasn't even a whole 2 days before Liz from the clinic called and said my Ultrasound results were in and she would be calling me personally once they were reviewed. Same with the labs. I CANNOT Overstate how truely happy I am with the care I have recieved from your team at Rancho Family Medical Group. Especially from my PCM Natalie Nedeau, NP. You couldn't possibly ask for a more helpful, friendly, compassionate, and genuine medical provider. I sleep soundly at night knowing that my family's health and wellness is left in the hands of people who honestly and truly care. Thank You.”

“My visit at image dentistry was lovely. The girls at the front desk were super sweet, very friendly and helpful. I only waited about 15min to be seen I probably would have been seen faster if I would have filled out my forms beforehand on my cellphone regarding new patient information.I hadn't been to a dentist in awhile due to the fact that growing up in an Hispanic family, we were only taken to a dentist if it was something serious at that. So since I didn't really go to the dentist growing up, I carried that bad habit into my adult years. I was a little nervous going into the dental office but the dental assistant that helped me that day made me feel comfortable and reassured. The dentist was very kind and helpful too. I totally recommend this dentistry.”

My insurance information was taken care of, the visit didn't cost anything (nor the follow up), making & scheduling appointments was easy enough. The people were all pleasant to speak with. The problem I went in there for was promptly addressed, and they're open until 11pm! Overall a great experience and I will use them again in the future.”
