“Hidden gem, 20 mins from my house, large spots, clean RR, we camped at the lakeside campground in the back water and electricity only, it was quiet, peaceful. Didn't catch anything but it was nice and relaxing, saw a few skunks later at night while relaxing at campfire. We will be back”

“We stayed at the park for 4 days and it was a very pleasant stay. Very little campground noise with the exception of Flabob airport very close by. It's a small airport, no jets coming in or out. The campground is clean and well kept, although we did not use the bathrooms or showers, but I would think they are as clean as everything else. We had a nice big pull through and plenty of room for our tow. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the camp store has most things you would need. Very close to downtown Riverside and the Mission. Would definitely recommend the campground as there are plenty of things for kids to do here. Putt Putt golf, frisbee golf, water park, fishing and so on.”

“The area it's self is not one of the greatest of places to be in , but it is a convenient area right off the free way on the main drag , across the street you have I think a good variety of meal options like Denny's , Burger King, McDonald's and a Taco bell , a gas station next door and if you got back under the freeway overpass the am/ pm is there along the side of Farmer boys ! The staff was friendly , rooms were clean and adequately sized , they also had laundry facilities Vending machines, and free ice . Not a bad experience all things considered I'd recommend upstairs room and request extra towels and washcloths upon arrival! Like I said the area is not good ,but as long as you just keep to yourself and not socialize with the element it's all great!!!! Prices could be better for the area as well it's a motel 6 not a Marriott or Hilton!”

“I love this mobile home park so much, I have made it my home. It took some time to finally get my home due to complications with escrow and the seller. Marilyn and Joey(park managers), really went over and above to make sure I got my home. This will be the last home I purchase, and it is my hope that one of my children will want to stay in the park, should something ever happen to me. I have wonderful neighbors who will do anything they can to help their neighbors. We are all family here. One of the things I like most about this park is that I only pay one bill a month. My rent and all my utilities are all in one. It is so easy.”
