“We went to brunch today for the 3rd time in 2 weeks at this restaurant. Why?? We don't have them in South Dakota. Our first two visits we were treated outstanding by the hostess and our waitress, Grace. Today, our experience was not like the rest UNTIL Joy Miller-Long, the manager, intervened. She took time to actually listen to our issue and picked up on the small details, such as our love for Bob Evans banana bread! Although she is a newer manager, she is the type of manager, and human more of us should strive to be!! I can't wait to see you and your team Joy on our next visit back home!! The beef patties are second to none, the bun smells amazing the moment you get near it, and the selection of toppings are top notch. The only reason I can’t give them a full 5 star rating is because of their fries. They’re simply not just that great, I have tried all of their fries and none where more underwhelming then their Boss Fries. I am a huge fan of “loaded fries” and topped off their Boss fries with the works, but sadly I was disappointed that they were not up to par with their amazing burgers.”

“I called Auto Repairs Plus Tuesday morning when I noticed my tire was flat. I was told that they could see me and have the work done within 1.5 hours. This was good because other places were giving me a 4 hour wait. I was greeted by a friendly and efficient worker. I was told how long the wait would be, the service performed, and the cost. Approximately one hour later I received a text message that my vehicle was ready. I also received a phone call. I was so happy with the professionalism of the company and the work that I later called to inquire about an oil change. Auto Repairs Plus can add me to their list of very satisfied customers. 10/26/20 - I scheduled an oil change for 8am today. My vehicle was dropped off at 7:50am. I received a text and email within 2 hours stating my vehicle was ready and listed the items that were inspected as a courtesy. David and Tamara are always a pleasure to speak with. They are cordial, friendly, and professional. Great examples of superb customer service.”
