“Stop by for a quick quote on my bumper for I scraped it trying to fit into a parking spot. I had been given a previous" from someone down the street of a minimum of $1500. After speaking with the owner at bear there he simply got some paint dinner and wiped off the yellow paint and advised me to get a touch up kit from the Mercedes dealer to fill in the black spots. I did let him know I did not want to go to insurance as I had a $1000 deductible This quick fix was very generous of him he refused to take any money and I was pleased with the results that he did free of charge. “Our garage needed re-roofing which involved removing and re-installing solar panels from the attached guest house. Firstly, of 5 quotes UEC was very significantly the cheapest - less than half of the most expensive quote (ultimately the job required a little more than the estimator based his quote on, but it was still less than half of the most expensive quote). Secondly, I was impressed that UEC could handle the solar panels, which are continuing to work fine a year after the job. Thirdly, the guys handling the job were efficient and pleasant. The tiles along the roof corners seem likely a bit lower quality than those another contractor used on the guesthouse, but the UEC price was so reasonable so this is understandable. Accordingly, my recommendation based on this job is a strong one.”
