“We've been using Aaron Alan for a few years and I have to say they certainly have lived up to their promise. We've been extremely satisfied with them every since we started using them. They've always taken the time to answer our questions, been on time, have been clear in what they were going to do. Most recently we have been plagued by gophers and decided to to use them to take care of out gopher problem. We have two dogs who tend to think that gophers are just a new toy for them to play with so we were concerned about using poison. Arron Alan used carbon monoxide and traps to take of the gophers. It wasn't just a one time thing but when they came back (several times) Aaron Alan return promptly and cheerfully to take care of the new gophers. I do want to single out Hansel who was very professional and prompt. It's been great working with Aaron Alan.”

“This fire house though the firefighters may retire, move up in their careers, etc. I can say since 1998 they have been excellent in response time, emotional support, information, and all around HEROES is an understatement. Then this past week AGAIN quick, caring response & while trying to save my home also saved one of my cats by putting her in the farthest bathroom. And due to their quick yet thorough work and boarding it all up, the next day we found our other 2 cats! YOU ARE HEROES IN ALL YOU DO...EVERY CALL..EVERY DAY...WE CAN DEPEND ON YOU!!! The sacrafices you made to my life with my medical condition through the years to the recent home fire thank you will not even be close. Cesar and his team picked up my mom had a rose with a beautiful jewel in the middle of that beautiful flower for our family and one for her. So compassionate and very understanding and professional. They took her away and made her bed! All the hours of midnight visits to her room. Knowing that the handling during this difficult time just eased our minds in how they prepare the deceased.
