“Welcome to Hemet, California where you are surrounded by desert mountains, boulders, and a big open sky. Just a little over two hours from Los Angeles and about an hour and a half from San Diego heading east, we drove onto Jim and Dawn's Ecoshire. Our hosts have created an oasis nestled in the hills from the reclaimed land they acquired. The property is being used as an educational ground for permaculture practices and self-sustaining, eco- friendly structures. If you want to learn how to reuse water and provide your own solar energy, be sure to ask Jim as he can take you around the property and teach as you go. We arrived as the sun went down and the full moon started to rise up. As you walk through part of the 35 acres of land, you may hear neighboring horses and cows. As the sun goes down, you will hear the owls and the resident coyotes in the night. Our site was cozy and nestled in front of a hill. The emphasis on community can be felt as the vision is well underway at the Ecoshire with communal buildings. You will find an old boxcar that is being restored with reclaimed materials. They have turned it into a beautiful bathroom with a well-lit shower. Rustic luxury in the desert, simple yet sustainable. In the morning, we walked through the Peace Garden and ate our fresh picked snap peas and added new starts to the garden as well. The hens provided eggs for our morning scramble and everything from our breakfast was harvested on site. If you are lucky Jim and Dawn will share some of their delicious home-brewed mead with you! They plan on expanding their operation, as it is very environmentally friendly and will bring more honey bees to the land. If you want a desert oasis experience with a wild, wild west feel, AND get a bit of inspiration out of the whole thing be sure to visit the Ecoshire.”

I have a HUGE issue with any medical establishment that forgets they're people too. I have worked in Navy Medicine for the last 10 years. Prior to that I was a civilian MA and an LVN. I know it is hard sometimes to smile, check people in, and keep a pleasant disposition so Thank You very much for making that effort. I would also like to compliment RFMG's "closed loop" contact system. They couldn't perform my ultrasound on site. It wasn't even a whole 2 days before Liz from the clinic called and said my Ultrasound results were in and she would be calling me personally once they were reviewed. Same with the labs. I CANNOT Overstate how truely happy I am with the care I have recieved from your team at Rancho Family Medical Group. Especially from my PCM Natalie Nedeau, NP. You couldn't possibly ask for a more helpful, friendly, compassionate, and genuine medical provider. All of agreed the sandwiches looked smaller thru the plexiglass when we opened the wrappers. Mine lasted 2 meals. Most importantly, my sandwich was delicious. So since I didn't really go to the dentist growing up, I carried that bad habit into my adult years. I was a little nervous going into the dental office but the dental assistant that helped me that day made me feel comfortable and reassured. The dentist was very kind and helpful too. “This company is top notch! My property is a gopher haven! And truth be told, there's no way to eradicate them on a large property with lots of vegetation. But they can be kept at bay and Nick was awesome! He was professional, experienced and pleasant to talk to. After catching a bunch of gophers on my property, I finally decided to sign up for the regular service for gophers. Because they have treated me so well, I also had them come out for pest control last month (I've never used a pest control service). I can't even tell you how nice it is not to have to remove more than a half a dozen pincer bugs from my bedroom walls and ceiling before I go to bed every night. That was my nightmare last spring and summer. And the young man they sent out, Ricky, was super sweet and very thorough. I couldn't believe that he knocked down all of my webs outside and in my garage. What a service! Moreover, they also agreed to give me a discount on a friend's house who are disabled veterans, that I help support and was paying for some much needed pest control for them.
