It is a full-body workout (it works your core, legs, back, shoulders, arms). Yoga on the water calms my mind, keeps me in the present moment, and rejuvenates me! Nick uses the best paddle-boards for this experience! HALA Boards! They are wider, very stable, sit higher up on the water and provide a comfortable platform for practicing floating yoga.
