“Adam was great! He made us feel comfortable and never tried to "sell" us. He asked a lot of questions and had me lie down on each bed for about 15 minutes to really get the feel for each one. I felt great with my choice! I had been dealing with a lot of lower back pain, to the point that it was difficult to get out of bed with my old mattress. “I WOULD RECOMMEND BECK'S FURNITURE! GREAT SELECTION and GREAT VALUE! CUSTOMER SERVICE was TOP NOTCH. BETH was the perfect salesperson, friendly and kind. She listened to what we wanted and lead us toward those options. She let us look without pressure or hovering but was always available to answer questions. Though she was not right on top of us, she observed and remembered what interested us. With her help, even with the many overwhelming choices available, we were able to pick our best match. The DELIVERY went QUICKLY and SMOOTHLY as well. (I was worried because I had just heard from a friend that their delivery from another furniture company left them with a messed up door.) But BECK'S FURNITURE was AWESOME!!! JOEY and TED were very careful and efficient. They made sure that nothing was damaged and everything was exactly where I wanted it. “My husband and I went into the store looking for a new mattress and bed frame. We didn't want to spend too much, but I also wanted something that was going to be a quality product. We walked into the store, and within a minute or two one of the wonderful reps came up and asked what he could help us find. We told him the type of mattress we were looking for, and he narrowed it down for us quickly. We then told him what we were looking for in a bed frame, and he walked us around showing us the best options they had. We found the frame we were looking for and the mattress, the only thing left was discussing pricing. We were able to discuss numbers and came to a price we felt comfortable with, as well as financing! To top it all off, we were able to pack up our truck and take the items home that day! They offer delivery, but we already had a truck to be able to bring it home with us. If you are looking for a mattress and bed frame, or any other furniture, I definitely recommend this location!! Between the service and the prices, you can't go wrong!”
