Moventous is the BEST gym I’ve ever experienced. It’s clean, it’s comfortable, has quality equipment, and feels private. Coach Ryan and Peter are knowledgeable trainers who really care and help you with your health and fitness journey. Love how the membership comes with a weekly training plan based on your needs and goals. My overall strength has improved bc of this gym. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been going to the Moventous for 1 year now and I have only the best things to say about it. This private gym is spotless and well-maintained, packed with top of the line equipment, has friendly and knowledgeable coaches, and a reasonable monthly fee. My program is always challenging but totally doable and seeing my gains in muscle and strength keeps me motivated!

Came in from out of town and couldn’t have been welcomed any better! If I lived in the area this would be my home gym for sure. Very clean, all the equipment you could need and all the people were very friendly. Ryan the owner is great! If you’re looking for a place to get a good workout in and not have to wait for everything this is the place!

Working with Ryan White has been the greatest health related decision I have ever made in my entire life. I have tried for YEARS to get into shape, and I always tried on my own. Sure, I would use the internet for routines and all that, but I never had anyone guide me through it. One of the biggest factors that has helped me out so far is knowledge. I always have to know the why. Ryan is always there to teach me why I am doing certain things and how it affects my progress overall. I can always go to him with new questions or even the same ones I’ve asked over and over. He never gets tired of helping me reach my goals. He is truly a unique trainer who not only talks the talk, but also walks the walk. He is an inspiration to me and many others and he is always giving us something to strive towards. I can honestly say I would not be this far in my journey if it weren’t for him. I have fallen a few times in this journey and he has ALWAYS been there to pick me back up. He is truly one of a kind and if you choose to work with him, you will never regret it. Thank you for all you have done for me Ryan, words just can’t express how grateful I am.

This is hands down my favorite gym. The atmosphere is welcoming, everyone is friendly and nobody is judging. Good vibes only! I love that with a membership you receive a workout program based on your specific goals. It's customized based off goals and continued progress. I have been a member for close to 2 years and have been able to watch myself transform and become a better version of me. I can't describe what a good feeling that is and I know it is because of Moventous and what it has to offer. I love this place and would be willing to bet you will too!
