“I have a story to tell about my encounters with the Mattress Outlet. Over the years since 2010, I have purchased 2 mattresses, 1 night stand and my most recent purchase my couch, love seat, chair and ottoman. The couch was on the showroom floor. I fell in love with it! I shopped around (because that's what I do) and found out that no other furniture stores large or small sold this brand. As other store owners and sales people told me, "you have to be pretty high end to have a Flex Steel contract." One popular furniture store was only contracted to sell the recliner chair. I said all that to say this. I keep returning to Mattress Outlet, because of the customer service, and the one of a kind furniture. Ramesh and his sales people feel like family to me. Even the delivery guys are great! Ramesh made sure I got my beautiful furniture before Thanksgiving. Oh and I bought the love seat, chair and ottoman sight unseen. I will be back, I am sure and they know it. Thanks Ramesh and the crew! The furniture is Flex Steel, Jade Series, dark grey in color. The quality is superior.”

They give you a certificate with a little lock of your child’s hair & they take a picture of them to put on their certificate for a keepsake! I’ve stayed at this location twice, both times the property was clean and again the staff was welcoming. Last minute arrangements & reservations were made for my large family with ease.
