“Stopped in for lunch today. Grabbed the General Tso lunch special with chow mein. The breading on the chicken was perfectly nice and crispy with a nice garlicky tangy sauce. Everything was really fresh. Needed a little help with the heat but after crushing the couple of dried chilis that were cooked with it and adding a bit of the spicy chili paste I found the spice level inwas looking for. The Chow Mein was good. Had good flavor and was cooked well. The noodle had a great al dente -like texture to it. One thing I am accustomed to is a small bowl of a soup (usually hot and sour soup) of the day which this place doesnt serve to you. Not a big deal by any means but definitely missed that element that is typical of most Chinese restaurants. Total for the lunch special was 9.52 after tax. A meal with this much flavor and freshness under $10 is always great!”
