Mine was a simple supply and fit - they gave me a quote (the best I could get) over the phone. They then measured, arriving within a couple of hours when they said they'd arrive. Installation took and hour and they again arrived within a couple of hours of when they said they would. And their pricing is the most competitive I could find. The result is first class. My contractor, Diego Moreno of BC Constructions, Woodland, who is the best I could find in the Region after a year of looking, recommended them to me. He was right - you won't find better. “I recently refinanced with Fordy Realty. I can not say enough good things. I have refinanced numerous times in the past 33 years with a variety of lenders including banks. I have to say this is the easiest, quickest and best process I have ever been through. I spoke to Lynel and within a few minutes he had given me numbers I knew would work. He e-mailed the links to upoad my documents virtually. Within 24 hours of our first conversation all documents were loaded and in less than 72 hours it was in underwriting. I was able to electronically review and sign everything. Any questions I had were answered immediately and personally by Lynel. A notary was sent to my home for the final signing and the refinance closed in 14 days from the day I uploaded my documents. The Title Company mailed a hard copy of the signed documents and also gave me an electronic copy. I might add this was all done in February 2021. I was not out of pocket any money including an appraisal which was waived. The amount of the loan was not increased over what I owed but actually decreased a little. In spite of refinancing 6 months prior I was able to lower my rate by 1% to 2.75% and that lowered my house payment $150 a month. I was able to miss two house payments so actually saved just under $4,000. This entire transaction was amazing and a blessing. I highly recommend Fordy Realty. Lynel is professional, stays personally involved, is readily available and the electronic process could not be easier. And the mortgage company he placed this with is terrific. Within 2 weeks of the closing I was able to set up an on-line account with the new mortgage company.”
