  Totally blown away by the awesome experience we had at River City RV Repair. Our alternator failed just south of Redding as we were traveling to San Diego. We called in on Friday of Labor Day weekend and spoke with the new owner Matt. He scheduled us in first thing Tuesday after the holiday weekend. When you travel a lot and experience a mechanical failure on the road it can be a bit stressful as you never know what kind of service you’ll receive. We pulled in and we were warmly greeted by Matt. As soon as I met him I felt better as I could sense he was a man of integrity. The manner in which he treats his crew lended additional support to my belief. Sarah, the service advisor at the front desk was very courteous and professional. The service techs, Joe and Cameron who diagnosed the issue with our alternator were both very friendly and helpful.
  Joe went out of his way to explain the diagnostic process and was very patient with my questions.
  As it turned out the problem was a blown fuse in the regulator. Very good news. Joe also identified an issue with our brake lights. We were back on the road in no time at all. I don’t think I have ever written a review before however I felt compelled to do so in this case. I highly recommend Matt and his company.

  Excellent experience with Joe and Matt!! In June I had just bought a used Toyhauler and took it on the first trip to Sac to meet my parents at an RV park. As I connected the city water it was leaking, so I thought I’d just fill the tank and deal with that connection later - water came gushing out from under the trailer... all of this was checked when I bought it a week prior... anyway, I was a wreck, I called a bunch of places on a weekend, not knowing what I was getting into as I was very much still learning about Rvs and knowing that a weekend might not present any repairs. However I called River City RV Repair and got ahold of the owner Matt. He was busy but graciously send Joe out to see what the situation Was - Joe was awesome! He dove in and fixed the city water connection and discovered that my tank was cracked. Joe was excellent answering my young kids million questions as well as mine. Joe came by The next morning to finish the work and plastic welded the tank and so far it’s been holding up great. There was a small miscommunication from a new gal but Matt corrected it and for that I’m forever grateful too!
  Fast high quality service and reasonable pricing especially being an emergency call.
  I really only have excellent things to say about River City RV Repair - Matt & Joe! Thank you!
