John was so knowledgeable and understood my needs and my questions about using Public Storage's services. John made my move in so easy! I'm grateful for all his help!

On Saturday September 12th, my husband and I were trying to help a friend mitigate a problem she had at this facility(her issue not an issue with facility) because she was out of town. Nicole helped us over and beyond what we had expected. She helped us with every aspect of our friend's issue. She did this with so much positivity and niceness.
